Inspired & Experienced Scrum Coach

‘SCRUM is easy to understand, but difficult to implement’ (Scrum guide by Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland)

I fully subscribe to this view about scrum framework, which is simple, light weight and easy to understand and like every other value driven initiatives, very difficult to implement due to cultural incompatibility.

There are several videos available in Youtube which explains scrum in 10 minutes, where as my scrum training takes 14 hours (2 days) to deliver successfully, because of it’s stress on the cultural aspects of adopting scrum apart from the nuts and bolts of scrum framework.

I work very closely with organizations / teams, implementing agile project management using SCRUM. Initially we started by conducting public workshops on SCRUM and later on realized that, since the sprint is team based, the entire team need coaching. So we adapted our engagement to suit this. I work with my clients on T&M mode to train their teams just prior to the sprint and then coaching them while sprinting.  I have conducted several public workshops on SCRUM and have worked with several organizations, helping them to do agile well.

Some of the organizations where I have delivered the  workshop ‘Agile project management using SCRUM’ are;

  • Oracle
  • Microsoft
  • Intel
  • Volvo
  • Zylog
  • ABB
  • Infosys
  • Ericsson (training / consulting)
