Watching the breath…

Watching the breath is a simple technique which helps to relax better. It can be done any time, any where, in any position for any duration. Just close your eyes. Watch your breath…do not make any changes to your normal breathing pattern…just…be aware …or watch…your breath….inhale…exhale…inhale..exhale…

If you try this lying down you may fall into sound sleep. In other positions it calms us down..try it…and enjoy the benefits…this is the beginning of watchfulness / mindfulness ….life is beautiful 💗
