Agile project management using SCRUM workshop structure and other agile services
I work very closely with organizations implementing agile project management using SCRUM. Initially we started by conducting public workshops on SCRUM and later on realized that, since the sprint is team based, the entire team need coaching. So we adapted our engagement to suit this. I work with my clients on T&M mode to train their teams just prior to the sprint and then coaching them while sprinting. If the teams are distributed, we train them on the arpoh scrum tool, which is meant for distributed scrum. I have conducted several public workshops on SCRUM and have worked very closely with Zerone Consulting and ISOFT, helping them to go agile.
