• Constantly try to implement ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ principles. Have made some investments in real estate in Kerala and Bangalore. So far so good !
• I love to spend my time with my family (Jessy,Rosanna ) in my village in Kerala

I am a Consultant, Coach, and Practitioner of Software engineering, Project management and Quality management. I have around two decades of experience in the IT industry. Started my career as a computer programmer and subsequently played the roles of Systems Analyst, Senior consultant, Project manager, Senior project manager, Head – QA, Manager – Process Engineering and Profit center head. Worked for organizations such as HCL, FEC, OTE, Think Business Networks and Novell. At Novell, while working as the Manager, Software Process Engineering Group, did the project management of ‘Pragati’ , a comprehensive tool for software project management, which got accolades at Linux Bangalore 2004 organized by Foss.in, Brainshare USA and Brainshare Europe.

Founded  The Project Management research Institute, which has a solid partner network in India and the Middle east, and have trained more than 2500 project managers world wide. Conceived and executed the product ideas of CollabTeam  - an agile based project management tool  and ClassTube – an e-learning solution.  

I have a bachelors degree in Electrical engineering from MSRIT, Bangalore University, Masters in Quality Management from BITS Pilani, Diploma in systems management from NIIT, Certification in quality analysis from QAI USA, PMP (project management professional) certification from PMI (Project management institute), USA , PRINCE2 (projects in controlled environment) – practitioner certified (PR2/154211) and is a certified scrum master (CSM).

 

Architected the PMPdistilled premium PMP preparatory program, which is being delivered in multiple countries successfully. Successfully conducted several customized project management programs and consulting assignments for several leading organizations. Member of the OPM3® 2007 Update Project Team, PMI (352673), SPIN and SPI – SIG (software process improvement special interest group). Co-authored and conducted a workshop on iterative software development at the SPM-ICON, 2004 international conference on project management. During my career spanning almost two decades, I gained and demonstrated in depth expertise in;
